Central Plains Minor Hockey Associations and the Central Plains Region are members of Hockey Manitoba and Hockey Canada and therefore follow all their policies.
Central Plains Minor Hockey Association and the Central Plains Region, when faced with an unprecedented situation, do have the right and responsibility to act accordingly when considering disciplinary measures or communications to individuals involved.
